My name is Carmen Owens Black an I'd like to introduce myself as a candidate for City Council-At-Large position. Key things you should know about me are that I am:

• A native of Terre Haute with a keen desire to better our community
• A hard working individual with a passion for working with people.
• I have been employed for 15 years at Sony D.A.D.C as well as being a realtor for 9 years.
• A single parent highly concerned with providing a good environment for all citizens, youth as well as seniors.

As a City Council-At-Large representative I would pledge myself to the following:
